Furnivo remains responsible for the goods until delivery has been completed, subject to applicable South African consumer law. If an order arrives damaged, customers should notify Furnivo promptly so that the matter can be investigated and resolved.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

Furnivo offers a 30-day return window for eligible products, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

 

Warranties

 

Warranty periods are specified per product. Furnivo provides a technical warranty for equipment, covering manufacturing defects and parts. Labor is not included in the standard warranty.
